Onsen was amazing, great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. We went in as much as we possibly could without risking overheating. Saunas aren't for me, but my friend who travelled with me said it was very nice - there was even a TV inside! Staff were very kind and accommodating, even with my less than stellar Japanese. Futons were COMFY comfy, I really do recommend the tatami Japanese-style room if you've never tried one before. We had a tea set in our room and a welcome sweet that I believe was pickled plum, but I'm afraid I can't fully remember. Vending machines in abundance, very much enjoyed, the two restaurants were very nice. Fellow Westerners, please pay attention to where and when you should be removing shoes and slippers, it is important to maintaining cleanliness. Ping pong was fun, and easy to rent from front desk. We didn't try the other facilities, but they also looked good. We will be back without a doubt next time we are in Japan.

− Property is a little dated, there were a few small tears in the wardrobe door in our room, and the curtains had seen better days, but nothing overly bad and everything worked. Check the dates when you're going if you're expecting a pool/the outdoor water attractions, it was closed when we went (I think it was off-season), but that is on us.

チャンポンが何より美味しかった

− ファミリーで予約したのに　歯ブラシが2つ　フロントに言ったら50円を二つ請求 布団は2セットのみ　枕だけでもあと２つ欲しかった 部屋着のズボンが　ゴムが切れていた コートを　忘れてしまったが　全く連絡無し 早くとりに来てくださいといわれた

炭酸泉は熱すぎず、朝は少し肌寒かったです。サウナも使えたらよかったのですが…

天然温泉なので美肌効果もあり、体にも良いので、総合的にはかなり良かったです。和食の食材も新鮮で美味しく、温泉も熱すぎず良かったです。

プールが楽しかった！年長のこどももスライダーたのしめて、その後に温泉入れて最高でした。

− 下駄箱に靴をぬいで鍵を預けるので、チェックイン前にプール温泉はいったあと、はだしで部屋まで行くのが違和感かあった。
