10.0모든 면에서 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 객실에서 바라보는 전망이 정말 아름다웠고, 객실 안에서도 공연을 편안하게 감상할 수 있어 굳이 밖으로 나가지 않아도 특별한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 한국어가 가능한 직원분이 계셔서 의사소통이 매우 편했고, 체크인부터 숙박하는 동안 세심하게 신경 써주셔서 더욱 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 조식을 포함한 식사도 기대 이상으로 맛있었고, 시설과 서비스 모두 훌륭했습니다. 이번 여행에서 가장 만족스러운 호텔이었으며, 다시 투르키스탄을 방문한다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being able to enjoy the performances from the comfort of our room without even having to go outside. One of the staff members could speak Korean, which made communication incredibly easy, and they took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast and other meals were also delicious, and the overall service and facilities were outstanding. It was the best hotel experience of our trip, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Turkistan.

3.0− При заселении попросил детскую кроватку, ушли с семьей гулять и вернулись часа через 2, кроватки не было. Позвонил 3 раза на рецепцию и кроватку принесли только через 1.5 часа и дали ее с таким видом, что как будто я у ее ребенка отобрал кровать. В туалете очень сильно пахло чистящим средством. 3 раз останавливаюсь тут и всегда проблема с настройкой кондиционирования
