− Dirty. Dust and spider webs everywhere. AC without a remote controller. No dental kit. No breakfast (you will have to specifically order it). Pathetic services.

− Review Title: Disappointing Experience – Poor Check-In, Dishonest Hotel, and No Timely Support from Booking.com Review: My recent stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional, with no clear communication or support from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely claimed that I didn’t show up—even though I had proof of being there—and proceeded to charge me extra. What’s more frustrating is that Booking.com only responded after 24 hours, by which time the situation had escalated. Their support was slow and ineffective, offering no real resolution or accountability for the hotel’s behavior. I would strongly advise against booking this property, and I’m seriously reconsidering using Booking.com in the future if this is the level of customer support provided during such incidents.
