10.0I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very modern. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. What truly made this hotel stand out was the staff. They exceeded all of my expectations. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every request was taken care of. Their willingness to help and their dedication to providing outstanding service made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the facilities and the customer service are of such a high standard. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Gute Zimmer, sehr gute Pizzeria, aber leider an lauter Umgehungsstraße
8.0Freundliches Personal, das immer aufmerksam war. Die Betten waren gut, Das angeschlossene Restaurant/Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hier wird auch das gute Frühstück serviert. Einchecken und Auschecken unproblematisch
− Die Lage an der Nordumgehung von Bruneck ist leider problematisch, weil sehr laut. Im Winter mag es bei geschlossenen Fenstern akzeptabel sein. Im Sommer sollte man versuchen ein Zimmer nach hinten zu ergattern. Ansonsten ist es zu laut und dann für den Preis überteuert

− De kamer was super mooi en groot maar we zaten aan de straatkant en daar was het behoorlijk druk en dus veel lawaai ook in de nacht
