9.0Breakfast was really good Plenty of parking.
− Unfortunately the sauna in the room was not working. We were informed about this a couple of days before our stay and were offered an alternative (but at a much higher rate)

10.0Мы остановились в номере Люкс, это двух комнатный номер с двумя туалетами. Постель, матрац все идеально! Красиво, чисто, уютно!
− Есть запах в туалете но как я поняла рядом с домом какие то сливы, или засор канализации. Сантехника то вся чистая.

− Гостиница находится рядом с канализационной насосной станцией поэтому запахи соответствующе.
Hôtel bien situé
8.0Un hôtel de qualité. La chambre était propre, spacieuse. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable, mention spéciale pour le serveur du petit-déjeuner (qui parle un peu anglais). Une bonne adresse à Kyzylorda.
− La pression de la douche est très très faible, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour le lavage des cheveux. Il y a aussi une odeur très désagréable à l'extérieur, il n'est donc pas conseillé d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
