7.0El servicio del personal fue muy bueno. Nos explicaron muy bien y nos permitieron hacer check in anticipado de una de las habitaciones que llegaba más tarde.
− En general la limpieza era regular, en especial del baño ya que nos encontramos un bichito en la regadera. Además la puerta no va de piso a techo lo cual era un poco incómodo

8.0Es un buen hotel para pasar la noche y explorar Oaxaca y sus alrededores, aunque no es céntrico es de fácil acceso a él. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Es una muy buena opción si no se quiere meter en el tráfico del centro de Oaxaca.
− Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero en lo que cabe cómodas.
