1.0Solo la ubicación
− No respetaron la reservación a pesar de la confirmación y de haber hablado personalmente también al hotel, querían zafarse del problema mandándonos a buscar otro hotel (sabiendo ellos que ya no había hoteles disponibles). A regañadientes nos dieron una habitación doble cuando habíamos pedido triple y los precios fueron diferentes al de la reserva (obvio a favor de ellos), la habitación tenia una luz mortecina porque solo servía un foco (si cambiaron el foco fundido). La alberca estaba sucia, nunca fueron a callar a huéspedes ruidosos. Al siguiente día nos cambiaron de habitación pero nunca hubo agua caliente y el personal no resolvió, hasta se nos hizo tarde. Fueron groseros diciendo que ellos no podían hacer nada. Pareciera que estaban regalando las cosas por la actitud tan pésima que tuvieron.

5.0Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße und Maps hat es trotzdem nicht richtig gefunden. Dann gibt es auch noch zwei von der Firma an der Straße. Wir hatten uns leider für das weniger schöne entschieden. Aber es hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
− Zu wenig Steckdosen und nur ein Nachtschränkchen.

8.0La ubicación del hotel (casi enfrente de la terminal de autobuses) y la limpieza de la habitación.
− El recepcionista que me tocó en la mañana, a la hora de entregar la habitación, me pareció poco cortés. Por otra parte, a la habitación le hace falta una mano de pintura y cambiar de colchón.
