− Que no tienen agua caliente y, no esta explicisamente escrito. De hecho, esa parte en su app solo aparece en ingles.

Horrible el hotel ... para que lo tienen en boocking.

− Horrible el hotel, Tiene perros que ladran en la noche y también unos cotorros en la recepción del hotel .. La habitación con evidente falta de mantenimiento. Nos cambiamos de hotel y de 3,500.00 solo nos devolvieron 1 850 ... argumentando que boocking les quitó el 100% de la comisión.

5.0El personal amable. Bonito parque al frente. Muy cerca de una playa aunque si no sabes nadar solo podrás tomar el sol y caminar, ya que Chahue suele tener bandera roja.
− La alberca estaba muy sucia, por lo tanto no la usamos. El ventilador de la habitación apenas y giraba. Las cortinas no eran black out. Mucho ruido de personal muy temprano.
Very disappointing, not as described
1.0The room itself was ok but a bit tired and the sheets and towels were in bad condition. Choosing a room with a fan not AC was our mistake but the fan was very noisy and kept us awake.
− The pool hadn't been cleaned for some time and was unusable, the sun loungers and chairs by the pool in the pictures didn't exist. The hotel in general didn't smell clean and the drains smelled bad. This was meant to be a 3 star hotel but wasn't really functioning as a hotel, the restaurant wasn't open at any times and looked like it hadn't been used for some time. We ended up leaving early and going elsewhere as it didn't match the description and didn't meet our needs.
