Right across from the lake, I hope they add a margarita deck on the roof, there's a great view up there! Brand new rooms, fridge, coffee, nice Palapa area right outside.

− Could have more bottled water available for making coffee. SAS tricky to find as they dont have a sign, but the contact answered and helped us find where to go, very close to where you drive in.
