− Realice la reservación a las 6 de la tarde y al llegar al hotel la recepcionista me vio a que las reservaciones se vencen y respetan solo hasta las 4 de la tarde y que ya no tenía habitaciones disponibles

− No tenía aire acondicionado ni un ventilador minimo en la habitación y hacia mucho calor no se podía descansar por el calor y no podías tener la ventana abierta por los mosquitos
