10.0El hotel cumple si lo que buscas es un lugar para dormir, es bueno esta muy limpio tiene bonita terraza, todos son muy amables En general es buen hotel, no esperes lujos pero muy bonito
− El Internet, si se batallo mucho para conectarse, usualmente no me importaría tanto, pero iba con niños y si fue un tema el internet
Disorganized, hard to find, and not what was advertised—disappointing overall.
3.0The location be ready to hear the business of the city at all hours
− This property is more of a hostel with private rooms than a proper hotel. There is no visible signage outside, which made finding it very difficult. The fact that they don’t take cards and only accept cash was not made clear in advance, and there’s no computer system—everything is done manually. The overall professionalism of the staff was lacking. I had a negative experience with one staff member, and while the manager did offer a discount to make up for it, the place still fell short of what was advertised. I wouldn’t stay here again.
We found this hotel on TripAdvisor and it was perfect for us. The staff made our stay even better. Great location too. F
