9.0Logement situé en pleine nature avec une vue sur les palmiers, proche de la plage Coco et de quelques bons restaurants. Chambre spacieuse et agréable.
− Nous n'avons vu aucune personne physique pour nous accueillir, c'est dommage. Nous avons dû questionner les hébergeurs via Booking pour savoir où et quand se tenait le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans notre réservation. C'était au Beach club à 2,5 km de la location mais la marche en valait la peine car le site est fantastique.

4.0Die Lage (5 min bis zum Strand ) und WLAN war gut, den Rest lässt was besseres wünschen (wortwörtlich), für den Preis kann man viel, viel schöneren Unterkunft auf der Insel finden.
− Service ist Katastrophe, also es gab gar kein Service. Drei Tage lang die gleiche Handtücher, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und beim einchecken wurde 300 mexikanisches Pesos als Kaution/Deposit genommen und vorgewarnt, dass es beim auschecken das Geschirr sauber sein sollte, Handtücher am besten nicht nutzen und nicht zum Strand nehmen, sonst bekommt man Kaution nicht zurück, also wirklich, „abschrecken“ seit erste Minute in der Unterkunft. Duschkopf und Kran in Waschbecken total verrostet, grün, teilweise kaputt. Hauswirt hat sich die ganze Zeit über booking beschwert und laut booking auschecken 12 Uhr und Hotelbesitzer hat verlangt auschecken um 11 Uhr. Und beim einchecken wurde uns gesagt, dass wir kein Reservierung haben, dass booking hat unser Reservierung nicht weiter an Unterkunft geleitet.
