Staff were brilliant, unfortunately the units did not keep up to the same standard.
3.0On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful. It's a pity that the rest of our stay didn't live up to the same standard.
− Toilet was leaking all night and constantly refilling. The heater above the door didn't work as it's not connected to anything. Found other heater in the closet the next morning. Sky TV system held on/dangling from cable ties. No battery in the actual tv remote, so you have to turn off tv at the wall, otherwise you have the tv screen lite up all night. No blankets in the closet for those cold nights.
