− falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones , mal olor en las tuberias

− El trato de cierto personal no fue el adecuado. Aunque si habían trabajadores que me atendieron muy bien en la parte baja en la playa

− El agua de la ducha se salia fuera. Las toallas son antiguas. Hay pocas toallas para ir a la playa.

− Pedimos que nos dieran media hora más para el check out y no nos dejaron. Siento que con esto puede fidelizar un poco más a los clientes.
