Fairly nice hotel, but needs to be more attentive to customers expectations.
5.0I like the overall "look" and style of the hotel and the central air system in each room. The restaurant has good food and the servers are nice.
− The beds are rock hard. The wifi is hard to connect to and randomly disconnects while using. The water pressure is very low in the shower. The biggest complaint is that I requested a couple of things ahead of time by messaging, received an email confirming that they received my requests and would be able to accommodate them, only to discover when I arrived that those things were not in place. If there is any suggestion I have for any hotel, restaurant, or service business is to actually listen to what the customer is saying and then actually fulfill that request.
