− Onvriendelijk aan balie. De dame met de roze nagels probeerde de reeds betaalde toeristentaks CASH aan te rekenen. Niet op ingegaan en niets meer van gehoord.

10.0Przestrzenne pokoje i pomieszczenia, Hotel że wspaniałymi widokami na Tatry wysokie. Hotel ma już swoje lata ale mimo tego jest bardzo komfortowy.

10.0Jestem zachwycona lokalizacją hotelu, a także jego wystrojem. Cały personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Atmosfera hotelu jest bardzo przytulna. Wszędzie jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. Ogromną zaletą jest nieograniczona możliwość wejść na Termy Zakopiańskie. Dzieci również zachwycone. Restauracja również serwuje bardzo dobre jedzenie przy sympatycznej obsłudze.
