9.0Friendly and helpful staff, great location, scenic view to the old town and the surroundings, ample lounge with coffee space and eating space with outdoor covered terrace, original architecture and nice interior layout, two elevators, functional furniture, strong air conditioning, two power outlets in the room, lighting by choice, small fridge, fresh towels, consistent breakfast included, en-suite bathroom, good quality/ price ratio.
− No major issues to complain about. Still, the weekend nights were noisy due to the wedding or events hall attached to the hotel on my room's side. In spite of soundproofing, sleeping could be difficult before 2:00 am when the shows end. The tv couldn't assure a great image quality, the fridge and some furniture needed more cleaning upon arrival, some bed linens even though clean, were overused. The bathroom is quite small.

Revoltator si frustrant
4.0Amabilitatea personalului de la receptie si semnalul wi-fi. Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat, aproape de obiectivele principale si are parcare gratuita.
− Aspectul camerelor prezentate pe booking este diferit de cel real. Hotelul are camere de 2 si 3 stele fiind promovate doar cele de 3 stele. Ceea ce mi s-a parut revoltator a fost lipsa igienei in camera: fire de par pe perna, asternuturi sifonate si murdare, miros puternic de tigara, toaleta necuratata, par in cada strain si prosoape murdare. Am ales sa ne cazam la 2 stele si ne asteptam ca aspectul camerei sa fie unul de 2 stele, dar lipsa curateniei este impardonabila indiferent de numarul stelelor. La micul dejun inclus in valoare de 60 roni (asa scria pe bonuletul de la receptie), am fost intrebati ce dorim sa servim (fara a ni se prezenta o oferta) si ni s-au adus: cate 2 oua fierte, 2 felii mici de branza telemea, o jumatate de rosie si o jumatate de castravete zbarcit. La cerere am primit si cate un ceai.

− Am avut parte de o nuntă care a avut loc în restaurant care ne-a deranjat maxim,ziceai că e nunta la noi in camera cu tot cu geamuri închise😪nu ne-am putut odihni deloc după o zi super obositoare😪Nu mi se pare normal sa mai închiriezi camere la turiști când sunt nunți sau macar nu pe partea cu restaurantul!O experiență neplăcută și obositoare!!!Nu recomand cazarile in weekend!!! Frigiderul in camera pe timpul verii a lipsit de data aceasta 😪Data trecuta când am fost cazați am avut răcitor in camera,acum nu 😪
