1.0− I originally booked for two people by mistake, and the lady at the front desk told me that my child wouldn’t be allowed to stay in that room. Understandably, I looked online and saw that I could rebook for a three person stay, so I asked if that was possible. I was told no, they were booked out, but that wasn’t actually the case. I then went down the street to another hotel because I was just going to accept that she didn’t want us to stay there maybe because of my appearance. I just didn’t appreciate her being rude and not allowing me to rebook a room at the rate she wanted, which I was okay with paying. Overall, I feel like maybe she shouldn’t be working at the front desk given the lack of people skills she displays.
