Overall it was a good experience for my situation when I was in Singapore for a day.

− Elevator smells like mold and it can be noisy when guests are inconsiderate

2.0Location was ok and in the fridge in the room was a free coke
− Everything. I booked the first room on booking where it didnt say no window. Still I got a room without a window. The room was very small with a bed in it . It looked like a prison cel and I went straight down to the reception that I would not stay in that room. Yes sir that is what you booked and you pay a bit more because of the nice location. An absolute joke. After a discussion I got another room with a very small window towards the ceiling, so you couldnt look outside or open the window. In the room was a double bed, so for two people. I was alone and could hardly move in the room. This was my fifth time in Singapore and this hotel was by far the most horrible.
