− There is so many things to say, the staff is doesn’t care at all about the guest. They just want to charge you for everything. They won’t even help you on simple task. They won’t provide any type of solution to issues they actually make. Etc etc

− No free wifi (50 pesos per phone) Staff not very friendly Breakfast in another (main) building (10-14 min walk) Paid for 2 double rooms (4 double beds total) but ended up paying extra as “I didn’t declare the guests”, felt like a ripoff.
