− We were given the wrong room. We booked 1 Deluxe and 1 Double however we were given 2 Double rooms and no compensation was given.

− Once we got to the hotel, our reserved room at the booking app was not the same as what was recorded in their system. The room, toilet, and even the aircon smells terrible. I will never recommend choosing Reddoorz hotels.
