Overall it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights attending Forbisia events at Pattana Resort. Staff are friendly and helpful
8.0We booked this hotel as it was closest to Forbisia events. Outdoor restaurant is good for fresh local seafood.
− Beds are a little too firm. If they can provide coffee machines in the room that’ll be great. Breakfast buffet could definitely be improved not just quality but variety. Seems it caters to a lot of mainland Chinese visitors. Staff can speak fluent mandarin.

5.0Liked the fact the bus took me to my daughter's sport event, nice restaurant outside and massages available. No hassle.
− The gym was bad, A/C didn't work and they were such a limited amount of weights and no explanations of the machines. Rooms are very very basic not even any reading lights, you could only read with the ceiling full on lights. Some little coziness in the lighting would really help make the room slightly nicer.
