5.0The staff of administration was perfect, they helped me with every question and navigated through the hotel destinations. They do their job very well! I also liked breakfast and would like to admit, that you serve tasty tea!
− 1. Sockets were too far from bed, basically nearer to my legs, than to my head. So I had to charge my phone under the television, rather than near bed. Another socket was located very low near the litter bin, which is disappointing. 2. It was not clear how to switch off all the lights in the room, since different switcher combination left different single lamp still on. I had to figure it out for not a quite short time, and it made me frustrated. If I didn’t figure it out, I would need to goo across the whole room to take the card near the door which activate the light near in the rooms, and return in total blacknees to my bed. 3. It was mentioned, that there is TV with WiFi , so I planned to watch a show. The WiFi was slow!
Krótki, ale fantastyczny pobyt w doskonałym hotelu.
10.0Fantastyczny hotel, bardzo miła obsługa, przestronne i świetnie urządzone pokoje. Spędziliśmy tam tylko jedną noc w oczekiwaniu na na wylot z krakowskiego lotniska, jednak był to bardzo udany pobyt. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne. Chociaż zlokalizowany jest na obrzeżach Krakowa, to dojazd do centrum zajmuje zaledwie kilkanaście minut. Zdecydowanie Polecam.
