5.0− Было указано что будет трансфер с аэропорта и в аэропорт, трансфер с аэропорта вообще не предоставили, билеты были на самолет на 5 утра, трансфер у них только с 4 утра, в итоге туда и обратно заказывали такси

− The hotel itself is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The facilities feel like they haven't been updated in decades. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, and our towel had visible holes in it. Worse, there was no trash bin provided in the room, yet we found leftover garbage from a previous guest on the balcony.
Perfect stay if flying
10.0It is comfortably close to the airport, it was the second time we booked this accommodation. The airport transfer is a very welcome service. Recommended, would book again anytime if flying from Otopeni Airport.
Good to know
The free transfer to the Henri Coanda International Airport is only available on departure. Please inform Hotel Charter Otopeni 1 day in advance if you want to use the service.
