10.0Accueil très sympathique, toujours prêt à renseigner et s'occuper des réservations pour les 7 lacs, avec beaucoup de bons conseils et d'aide pour les taxis et les excursions. Chambres spacieuses, éclairées, très agréables. Un très bon moment à Pendjakent !

9.0위치가 좋고, 주인어르신이 친절하고, 불편한 점이나 필요한 것을 계속 체크하십니다. 주변지역 여행에 대한 조언도 해주시고, 필요할 경우 택시 등도 알아봐 주십니다. 방도 조용하고 편안하며, 조식도 정갈하니 먹을만합니다. 물론 직원들 역시 친절합니다. 가격도 저렴한 편이라서 가격 대비 많은 부분 만족합니다.
− 방이 매우 청결한 편이지만 화장실 특히 사워공간 배수구 청소가 필요합니다. 물이 잘 안내려가서 보니 머리카락이 많이 있었어요.

10.0Nice hotel with big taste breakfast. The owner is amazing, he helped me with many things. He speaks English very well.
− It is located in the cross of 2 big roads, so it is very noise even at night. And there is a building construction next door to the hotel. So I had some issues with painting smell, but the owner gave me another room.

Absolutní nerespekt k vlastním hostům
4.0První ubytování bylo celkem fajn, jen personál neuměl moc rusky ani anglicky, ale vše se nakonec vyřešilo.
− Rozhodně se nám nelíbilo chování pana majitele hotelu. Když jsme se přišli ubytovat podruhé a chtěli jsme jej podpořit, první a jediné, co řekl, bylo, že co si dovoluji dát recenzi 8/10. Místo aby si řekl: 8/10 je pěkná recenze, můžeme spravit nefunkční klimatizaci a dát na pokoje víc toaletního papíru a dotáhneme hotel na 10/10, tak nám akorát nadával a ještě před dalšími hosty. Naprosto nepřípustné. Další věc: snažili se nám prodat staré napůl vypotřebované kartuše do hor s tím, že ani v Dušanbe ani v Panjakentu nejdou sehnat nové. Je to lež. Dají se sehnat nové a za lepší cenu. Na Sugd hotelu chtěli za použité kartuše úplně nesmyslnou částku, vyšší než za nové. Za nás velké zklamání - takovéhle jednání vůči vlastním hostům, nikde jinde jsme nic podobného nezažili.

10.0La note était excellente, mais l'hôtel est à la hauteur des commentaires élogieux ! Il est bien placé, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre très propre et très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et gargantuesque (mention spéciale aux crêpes aussi bonnes qu'en Bretagne :-). Et les conseils ou taxis sont très précieux.
