Started off bad, ended up well!
4.0The pool area was good, as was the wet & wild water park.
− When we got there we were told that the main hotel was fully booked and they were putting us in the Annex room for 1 night. We paid to stay at the main hotel and were extremely disappointed with this. To compensate they offered us a later check out time and a free meal at one of their restaurants. We appreciated this however, it did not take away from the fact that it ruined the initial holiday.
