− Städningen var hemsk. Trots att vi gav dricks för städningen gjorde de ingenting. De tog även våra sängkläder, och vi bad dem flera gånger att ordna nya, men de gjorde ingenting åt det. Mitt i natten sa de dessutom att vi kunde hämta sängkläderna själva, och de vi fick var inte rena. Frukosten var inte bra och motsvarade inte alls bilderna. Det fanns inte heller något kaffe eller te på rummet. Vi är väldigt besvikna på vistelsen och servicen.
