7.0Гарний номер, територія, ресторан
− Не сподобалось, що рушники тепер стали платні, про це ніхто не попередив. Як з одним рушником застеляти лавку в сауні, в хахамі і чим потім витиратись після басейну чи чим застелити шезлонг. Ну і в загальному ресепшн був не особливо привітний. Сніданки стали менш смачні. Розтягнуті браслети дають, він спадав з руки дружини, але його постійно треба з собою носити бо треба відкривати двері в спа або до басейну.
Загалом сподобалось, але готель не дотягує до 5 зірок
7.0- Номер просторий і добре освітлений (жили в де-люксі), також порадував балкон. - Гарний інтер'єр готелю. - Зручне ліжко, м'які рушники. - Небагато людей у відкритому басейні, вода не холодна, є можливість орендувати бунгало поруч з ним. - Видають електронні браслети, які працюють як електронний гаманець (не потрібно тягати з собою картки / готівку в СПА). - В номері є кавоварка і чайник, на поверсі кулер з водою. - Зручно, що у ванній кімнаті є сушарка для рушників, на якій можна регулювати температуру.
− - Непривітний персонал на барі та в ресторані (при цьому чайові включені в рахунок за замовчуванням). - "Базар" на рецепції - двох адміністраторів замало, бо люди тут водночас і заселяються, і виселяються, і беруть рушники, і сваряться за "неочікувані" рахунки. - Одна крихітна вбиральня на спа-зону, є вбиральня недалеко від ресепшену, але це незручно. Можна здогадатись куди не дуже виховані діти робитимуть свої "маленькі справи" - Маленька територія готелю - Невиправдано високі ціни на напої / їжу (хотілося б більше різноманіття і смачніших страв) - Обов'язкові шапочки в критому басейні відбивають усяке бажання ним користуватися - Для спа-зони / відкритого басейну (ака санітарна зона) потрібне змінне взуття, але в ньому дозволяють топтатися усюди... Який тоді в ньому сенс - незрозуміло. - Відсутня обіцяна звукоізоляція в номерах. - Пароль від Wi-Fi нам повідомити забули, замість окремих 2х ліжок дали номер з одним. - "Солодкий" гель для душу у номері приваблює бджіл.
