3.0The location of the hotel is great. It was clean and the staff are nice and welcoming.
− This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The cheap furniture, the cold white fluorescent lamps, the old towels and the amenities in the hotel none match a 4 star hotel. This is at best a 2 star hotel so set your expectations accordingly. The rooms don't have windows opening to the outside. You can't leave the window open or someone can simply walk into your room.

10.0My wife is as picky as picky gets and she loved it. Clean and spacious. Location of bring excellent. Closer to everything. Ultimately the people that work there make it ça work week e. Very good staff

10.0It’s in a good location within walking distance to a lot of places. The breakfast was very good, honestly some of the best food we had during our stay. And the staff were super nice and helpful. The door is locked at night and you have to knock, but we missed that instruction and walked to the cafe next door after trying to open it, and a staff member walked out to find and help us. Rafael served us during breakfast and he was super nice and friendly.
