7.0حسن تعامل طاقم الاستقبال نظافة الغرف إنتظام مواعيد الباص من وإلي الحرم
− لم أجد موقف سيارات بالفندق لإنة قليل جدا بالنسبة لحجم الفندق. الباصات توصل عند شعب عامر ولذلك تمشي مسافة كبيرة لتصل للحرم. ضيق مساحة الغرفة

− ضيق كرسي الحمام وعدم وجود عازل صوت وصغر حجم الغرفه وعدم وجود مواقف سيارات كافيه.. وكذلك مرتبة السرير غير مريحه ..
