10.0Очень удобное расположение отеля. Все рядом. Автовокзал, супермаркет Супер чип, прокат байков, 7/11, кафешки разные. В любое время можно поесть. Удобная кровать, чистая белая постель и полотенце. Все свежее и приятно пахнет. Удобный балкон, где можно посидеть, почилить. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе. Отель рекомендую💯
− Единственный недостаток: раковина на входе прям. Не хватает света над раковиной, темно

− I had a very disappointing experience at this residence. My helmet was stolen from the parking area during my stay. I immediately asked the staff for help and requested to check the CCTV cameras, but they refused and told me to bring a police report first. After spending hours going to the police station and bringing the report back, they still did not help or cooperate. Communication was also very difficult because nobody could properly speak English, which made the situation even more stressful. Thailand is a beautiful country and I enjoyed many places here, but this experience at this residence made me feel unsupported and unsafe. I hope management improves security and customer service for future guests.
