− Towels are stiff and not bleached white. Though we stayed this time in their Studio, however, in the Family Suite, the cooking range is only for display, can't use for cooking. At times, there's sewer gas smell in the toilet.

Great location and comfortable and clean stay, but cold showered
6.0Was very central to UPLB and the rest of the town, great location. Staff was very nice and accommodating and always helped with everything. Very large bed and was comfortable along with a good aircon in the room.
− Hot water heater for shower did not work so only had cold showers. There was a weird odour in the room if the air con was not turned on. Was a bit too expensive but was the best location in Los Baños
