10.0My stay in Hotel Al Azeem was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my trip stress-free. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast offered fresh and good tast. The location was also perfect, close to attractions pipe line track and ayubia chair lift while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. I ll repeat my visit again and again

I haven’t stayed, i was offered good by someone else.
1.0I was only impressed by the picture and the reasonable price when I made the booking. However, when I was on the way and i called, they were trying to charge me extra money. Booking.com clearly states that there are no upfront charges. I repeatedly informed them that I would be arriving soon and would pay the full amount in cash. It was late at night, and they seemed more interested in making a profit than in accommodating their guest. I have traveled to many different hotels and spent a significant amount of money with them, but they always let guests arrive first and then try to upsell them. I am very disappointed with the person I spoke to and will never book with them again. I strongly recommend that everyone book a property where the host cares about their trip.
