8.0Ochotný personál. Gastronomie skvělá. Hotel opravdu pěkný a především v nové části, velice moderní.
− Očekával jsem pokoj ve vyšším patře a doufal v nějaký výhled když se pokoj nazývá view. Z prvního patra nic moc vidět nebylo. Šatny u bazénu a především sprchy u bazénu tedy nic moc na takový hotel.

− Wyłamane drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej, meble pamiętają czasy, gdy przyjeżdżałam tam mając 10 lat- są w tragicznym stanie, basen bez żadnych udogodnień dla dzieci. Masaż był świetny, natomiast łazienka w strefie spa przypomina taką z kolonii dla młodzieży lub gorzej, gdy leżysz- przy wywietrznikach na suficie widzisz tam czarny kolor...

9.0Lokalizacja, udogodnienia, czystość, możliwości znalezienia czegoś ciekawego do robienia z rodziną w każdym wieku przy każdej pogodzie oraz niezwykle pogodne, życzliwe i zasługujące na pochwałę podejście do gości w restauracji przez pracownika- Pana Patryka Kar(…)na.
− Zdecydowana większość personelu jest w pełni profesjonalna, tylko pojedyncze osoby czasem mógłby być być nieco bardzo uprzejme. Praca na niektórych stanowiskach wymaga odpowiadania na te same pewnie pytania wiele razy dziennie dla różnych gości. Uśmiech na twarzy i pozytywne nastawienie na prawdę robi ogromną różnicę w odbiorze klienta. Nie było oczywiście nic skrajnego, ale kontakt nieco i tylko na szczęście czasami odbiegał od 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu za niemałe pieniądze. Porównując z hotelami o wysokim standardzie za granicą widać pewien kontrast.
