Pictures don't match the rooms. Room was not clean or maintained

− Room didn't match the pictures. Rooms aren't cleaned at all during your stay. Clumps of hair, exposed wires, bugs in the bathroom. The plug in the bath was broken, when it was repaired, it was permanently in place so I couldn't drain the water.
