− Dringende Beschwerde über Aufenthalt im Hotel Zamca – Buchung über Booking.comSehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich wende mich heute an Sie, um mich formell über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel Zamca zu beschweren. Ich habe Ihr Hotel über Booking.com gebucht, wo es mit einer guten Lage und einer hochwertigen Ausstattung beworben wurde. Leider entsprach die Realität vor Ort in keiner Weise den Angaben Ihrer Anzeige.Folgende gravierende Mängel muss ich beanstanden:Zimmergröße und -kategorie: Ich habe bewusst eine höherwertige Suite gebucht, die laut Beschreibung eine Größe von 30 m² aufweisen sollte. Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war jedoch höchstens 15 m² groß – also nur halb so groß wie versprochen.Fenster und Belüftung: Das Zimmer verfügte lediglich über ein winziges Fenster mit den Maßen von ca. 20x30 Zentimetern. Dies führte zu einer drückenden Atmosphäre und mangelhafter Belüftung.Frühstücks-Leistung: Ich habe die Übernachtung inklusive Frühstück reserviert. Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass das Restaurant gar nicht zum Hotel gehört, sondern komplett getrennt agiert. Zudem war lediglich ein einziger Kaffee kostenlos. Für jeden weiteren Kaffee wurden wir zur Kasse gebeten, was bei einem gebuchten Frühstück inakzeptabel ist.Lärmbelästigung: Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Werkstatt. Der Lärm durch das ständige Öffnen und Schließen des Werkstatttors hat unsere Erholung massiv gestört.Aufgrund dieser zahlreichen Täuschungen und Mängel war ich mit dem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich sehe mich gezwungen, das Hotel Zamca negativ zu bewerten und kann es unter diesen Umständen niemandem weiterempfehlen.Da die zugesicherten Eigenschaften der Buchung (insbesondere die Zimmergröße und das vollwertige Frühstück) nicht eingehalten wurden, fordere ich eine angemessene Teilrückerstattung meines Reisepreises.Ich erwarte Ihre Rückmeldung und einen Lösungsvorschlag bis zum 31.07.2026.Mit freundlichen Grüßen,Tolga
