Disaster- electricity blackhouts and rude receptionist
3.0Personel in bars and buffet was polite abd professional. Food in buffet as a part of all inclusive was good.
− Not 5 starts hotel experience at all. Facilities are outdated, plus every single day for mutliple hours has electricity blackouts. While I fully understand that the regional grid failures affecting Djerba are outside of the hotel's direct control, the daily and nightly 2-3hour blackouts have severely compromised the 5-star experience I expected and paid for. Because the guest room air conditioning entirely shuts down during these periods, the room becomes uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to rest during the day or sleep properly at night. As a 5-star resort, guests rely on the property to provide a premium level of comfort and to mitigate regional infrastructure challenges. The prolonged loss of basic climate control has significantly impacted my vacation. We tried to submit formal complaint many times- General Manager was never at site and receptionist Faten was extremely rude- saying that if we had travel agent they would talk with us to get compensated, but since we booked through booking that we only can submit complaint to Booking directly!!! Everywhere on the world u as a custumet can submit complaint, but not in this hotel. Dosaster customer service. Food in speciality restaurants disaster. Coctails and all alcoholic beverages except Celtia beer also disaster. Not worth of money
