Personál vylepšil můj pobyt na 100%. Hlavně animátorský tým byl excelentní. Hotel se mi nelíbil.

− Housekeeping moc neuklízel, spíš na úklid zapomínal. Jedna paní recepční neuměla dost anglicky, nepředala žádné důležité informace kde se nachází můj pokoj, kde restaurace, od kolika hodin jsou snídaně, obědy a večeře a ani nepotvrdila, že mám zaplacený balíček all inclusive. Naštěstí nebyla jediná a ostatní recepční mi velmi pomohli.
