Amazing value for money in an idyllic rural setting in the Mekong delta
9.0This is a small guest-house in a rural location about 2-3 miles out of Ben Tre. It provides unbelievable value for money, considering that I had a good-sized room with en-suite bathroom, fridge and kettle. It is so quiet and peaceful, surrounded by iconic S.E. Asian scenery of palm trees and rice paddies. The young lady who runs the place was so helpful and friendly. She could sort out my onward travel arrangements (not easy as this is in such a rural location) and I was able to hire a bicycle each day for a nominal sum.
− I cannot fault this place at all but bear in mind that, as its attraction is its quiet rural location, there are no restaurants or western-style shops in the locality - for that one will have to travel into central Ben Tre
