− My name wasn't on the check-in list. This made me nervous because the hotel was full, and I didn't want to look for other options. They eventually checked us in, but they wanted to charge us more than we had booked. I showed my booking confirmation and paid the amount listed on the website. The Wi-Fi in the room was poor. It was impossible to work on the laptop.
