− Location is a bit difficult due to hill that we had to climb when coming back from haram. Going to haram was easy because of inclined surface but coming back was challenging and teasing for legs. We took taxi when coming back

7.0The nice reception girl " sorry I don't know her name" she is so sweet Her good attitude & early check in which I Do appreciate."Thank you"... Hotel furniture is new The location...but I used to walk and use the neighbours buses for coming back
− The bus service is very bad ...the one who is responsible for the bus has a very bad attitude... being late ..and" intending "to push the guests to use the neighbours buses " which is frequently available unlike him "or to walk even when he came late I witnessed that myself..he comes back late for more than 40 minutes and didn't want to open the door of the bus for me waving with his hands that he will not move ...I asked him to open the door..then he told me and another guest he will not move except after 25 minutes..the other guest was unable to talk in Arabic and was forced to walk but I insisted on staying not to search for neighbours bus or walk... I decided to make a complaint and I informed the reception but I changed my mind.. I used to visit Mecca every two months and stay in Ajiad so reserving other hotels will be better for me .....I used the bus only twice during 4 days . only on the last day I started to notice the availability of the bus after the clash I had with him .. Actually this is the only thing that ruined my stay but it's very important for me especially with such hot weather..and with my knee joint problem... I hope it will be improved for the sake of old people , families and people who have orthopedic problems like me ... Unfortunately Small thing that ruined a Good hotel ..
