8.0The location was great. It is steps to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved waking up to views of the ocean every morning.
− There weren't any places to hang wet towels or a place to rinse your feet after the beach. I didn't like that you had to walk across the street to check in at a different motel.
Nice. However.... Be Careful
3.0We enjoyed how close we were to the beach.
− We had an experience with bed bugs in our room. We contacted housekeeping and they did an amazing job of contacting the manager right away. Management removed the mattress and box spring, replaced it with new. The room was sprayed as well. However, management never checked on us to see if we were ok. We asked to have our room discounted since we experienced this issue, and again no response. Now we have to deal with not taking this home with us. The aftermath that we had to take example: 10 loads of laundry, bagging our items and clothes and to keep our own home from being infested with bedbugs has been a nightmare. I was disappointed that we had to go through this once returning home.
