− It was all ok
Good location for Lower Hutt central. Needs a bit of a tidy up.

− Hotel is very tired and a bit scruffy. Hard pillows and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
Room basic as expected for the price. but spotlessly clean, management friendly and helpful.
7.0The bed was comfortable and the management staff were pleasant and helpful. The venue was literally a two minute walk to the Conference venue which was exactly as expected. Easy to navigate :)
− I was disappointed that the restaurant that was advertised on the website and on Booking.com was permanently closed. I arrived later than expected after a delayed flight from Auckland, it was dark, I was unfamiliar with the Hutt and was not comfortable looking for somewhere to eat on my own. So I had no dinner. I also set off for Conference unsure if I could get breakfast anywhere. Luckily I could at the venue. Also I had issues with my door lock but teh next day teh manager had fixed it for me.

− Curtains did not block out light at night
It was a bed, clean and warm!
4.0Great location, close to Queensmart mall.
− Lacked facilities, no plates or bowls or cutlery. Had to buy disposable ones. Simple things like a mirror in the bedroom so you could get ready while someone was in the bathroom. Disappointed with what we paid and what we got! Very dated, place had a funny smell! Shower leaked! But we made do.
