1.0Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaban llenos y que no nos podían recibir. No sé si Booking nos va a facturar está noche de hotel porque nos dijeron que había un error en la reserva que ellos ya estaban llenos.

− Although there was a member of staff on duty at all times it transpires that the exit was barriered and padlocked overnight with out any evidence of a quick release. there were no other obvious means of escape in a fire or earthquake.
