10.0This is a good value little hotel with attached restaurant. It's a little distance from the "city", but if you don't mind to walk for 6 minutes from the bus terminal, that's no problem, or a very cheap tricycle away. Staff are wonderful! Owners friendly. They're still working on things as its new building so not everything is perfect, but nothing worth mentioning. For a westerner, I was satisfied.
