L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale a Chaweng sul bare e vicino a tutto. Le camere spaziose, confortevoli e con bollitore a disposizione, frigo e teli mare. Le camere vengono pulite a richiesta anche tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani. Servizio lavanderia interno comodo ed economico. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore e non potendolo riparare in tempi utili ci hanno cambiato camera

− La zona della piscina è un po trascurata, con piccole accortezza sarebbe molto bella in quanto direttamente vista mare. Vorrei consigliare al barman di non appoggiare gli ombrelloni chiusi sulla ringhiera che divide la piscina dalla spiaggia perché blocca la visuale del mare.

Det låg perfekt , nära huvudgatan , shopping centret och nightmarket. Sköna sänga för att vara i Thailand 😉 bartender killen var så snäll och rolig. Det var honom vi hade mest kontakt med varje dag.

− Kunde renoveras lite och göra vid runt poolen. Skulle varit sol sängar vid stranden, nu var det bara vanliga plaststolar.

Right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cleaner did a good job. The hotel does laundry for cheap price.

− We had to move rooms because the air-conditioning was so weak in the first room that we were sweating in the room. We found massive cockroaches in our room on 3 separate occasions. We were in the room closest to the beach which would've been great except the hotel pool bar plays loud music till around 12.30AM every night making it impossible to sleep before. And when I asked when the music would be turned off, reception said "if there's customers all night music will be all night" which made it feel like they didn't care about us needing to sleep. Absolutely no soundproofing in rooms. WiFi was very patchy. We had power cuts often but at least these didn't last too long. Barely any power sockets in the room. Our bedding had stains on them some days when the cleaner would change them. We definitely won't stay here again. Poor lighting in rooms we would always need the light on even in the daytime

המיקום היה מושלם. ממש ברחוב הראשי עם בריכה וירידה ישירות לים מהמלון עצמו.

− המלון היה מאוד מאוד מיושן ועם כתמים על הדלת ועל הקירות והיה פחות נעים לישון בחדר כזה.
