− I found web of spiders on the face towel in the bathroom extended from the mirror till the handle of the towel.. The person speaking Arabic is speaking inappropriately and very very bad in response which told me it’s normal. IS IT NORMAL TO STAY WITH SPIDERS ON THE FACE TOWEL AND ABOVE MY BED AND EVERYWHERE IN THE SUIT???? I can’t imagine that I faced that situation and also with my children. The person speaks Arabic came to the room with person to clean the ceiling with BROOM.. (that’s what they call cleaning) In the evening when I disagree about the family suit which is still found spiders after cleaning, another man put me in the room with no AC in the bedroom and smaller than the family suit.. If NORDAN found in the day of arrival, I don’t think that there is any problem with me.. she is very helpful and cleaned every cm in the suit..And apologized to me for everything.. Special thanks to her.

− Not very clean and there is alot of insects inside the room and outside they don't clean. It does jot worth more than 2 stars. I booked for 3 nights but did only 2 nights because my family couldn't stand the amount of insects in and outside the room.
