5.0Номер підійшов би і для особи з інклюзивністю, є поручні у ванній кімнаті, засоби гігієни присутні також, непоганий сніданок
− Рівень чистоти дуже посередній, обшарпане ліжко, пил в шухлядах, чуже волосся на килимку, холодильник не працюва, звукоізоляцію відсутня. Номер був на першому поверсі увесь час було чути як хтось говорить чи дуже голосно розмовляє по телефону

4.0Сніданки смачні. Гарний хол і ресторан.
− Номери потребують ремонту. В номері душ-кабіна: дверцята зломані, лійка теж - вода з неї б'є в усі сторони. Унітаз в нальоті. Меблі в номері теж вже покоцані життям. Наволочка та простиня в якихось плямах. Прикроватні килимки жахливі. Очікувала кращого від номеру і готеля.
