Traumatic, disappointing and bad stay for few hours we were there because we ended up leaving.horrib
1.0The location is fine, that’s the ONLY thing i liked with the place.
− Hospitality bad or rather there was no hospitality at ALL. We got the reception was closed, a lady came gave us keys n that was the last time we saw staff around. Place very busy, creepy and not well maintained. There’s no pool, everything on internet is a lie n not close to real place. If your a Solo traveler DON’T even try. We went to some place for massage n when we got back to the property restaurant was closed (apparently, but doubt if it ever opened). We couldn’t drive out of property to get food n come back cuz of safety but rather decided to end our stay n drove back home. When we got to the gate the security guard wasn’t nowhere to be found. We hooted n he came 10-15minutes after to open gate for us.
I really enjoyed my stay , I Will definitely come back the staff was very friendly especially Mathias from the restauran
