4.0Accessibility and Room Concerns • There was no elevator, and I am 78 years old. Despite this, I was assigned to a third-floor unit. • I requested a lower-floor unit, but the front desk said no rooms were available to accommodate my request. • The room did not include a desk or bathroom countertop, and the TV offered only cable service.
− Move my request to a lower room. Provide a small desk, add counter top for bathroom use, and have more local TV viewing.

− The first thing is the stairs and how many there were. I did.not see anything about the amountnof stairs in this place. The room looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. There is no chairs or anything like that. It was awful and I would never stay there again. They need to be more honest on the web site about this place
